Shipping Costs

We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.  We aim to ship your order within 2-3 days after receiving it (however that may vary depending on the size of your order).  Once the order has shipped from our location, delivery times may vary depending on your location within Canada. (usually 3-7 business days)

We understand that some of our products are delicate and, as such, we are committed to making every effort to ensure our products are properly packaged so that they reach you safely.  However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no damage after your order leaves the store.  Please email shop@normandlenore.com with questions.

During the hot summer months (June through mid-September), Although we use heat resistant packaging and Ice Packs we unfortunately cannot guarantee safe arrival to destinations. Returns or Refunds will not be given for melted treats. If possible, order online for pick-up at the shop so your purchases are waiting for you.
